UCoat It offers true, commercial-grade epoxy floor coatings in

UCoat It is designed for the do-it-yourselfer, and because all UCoat It finishes
have a limited lifetime warranty, you can confidently apply them to any properly prepared
concrete or wood floor for lasting beauty and durability. Each UCoat It Kit
comes complete with applicator tools, instructional video, instruction booklet
and all the materials necessary to properly apply your new floor coating
system.
UCoat It is perfect for garages, but it’s also great in basements, patios,
recreational rooms, mud rooms, pole barns, kennels, and industrial buildings —
any place where a durable, protective finish is desired. UFlek terrazzo kit and
UGloss high-gloss kits are available as decorative options that can be applied
over the standard UCoat finish to further enhance the beauty of your floor.
UCoat is not a paint that will flake and peel; it
is a commercial grade, water based, two-coat epoxy coating system. Being water
based, there is virtually no odor associated with UCoat. Being industrial
quality, it is just as durable, or more so, than most solvent based epoxies.
UCoat is also moisture insensitive, there is no drying time needed after
cleaning and preparing the concrete floor. UCoat is roller applied directly to a
wet-damp surface to achieve permanent adhesion. Part C, the co-plastimer
additive in the bond coat, allows UCoat to flow and dry at the proper rate,
penetrating the porous concrete or wood floor and permanently bonding to the
substrate.
 
Each UCoat Kit comes complete with one of seven colors of
commercial grade epoxy and the necessary tools to coat a typical 2½ car garage
(White or Beige floors may require additional material). For larger areas,
material-only single and double packs are available. A step-by-step video is
also included to show how to achieve professional results. The instruction
booklet contained in the kit also provides detailed directions for the
application of UCoat and a warranty card to be returned to UCoat It America to
enact the limited lifetime warranty.
UCoat may be applied to any properly prepared wood or concrete
floor. UCoat is resistant to damage from chemicals, abrasions, and impacts. It
stands up to moisture, welding spatter, jack stands, and with the application of
UTex™, the anti-slip additive included in every kit, UCoat is safe to walk on
even when the floor is wet.
 
UCoat is much easier to clean than bare concrete. Dirt and
oils are easily mopped or rinsed and squeegeed away. UCoat’s protective finish
keeps contaminants from diving down into the floor so it remains looking fresh
and new. UClean is recommended for routine maintenance and cleaning of all UCoat
finishes.
